Bill is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 30 years of direct mail marketing, sales, product, IT and operations experience managing end to end solutions for Fortune 50, to independent /start-up organizations. For the past 18 years, Bill has been focused on the Healthcare market, including leadership positions from the client side (Payer) along with supporting healthcare organizations nationwide from the vendor side supporting member experience, sales performance, ROI and annual life cycle communications.

Frank’s experience includes devising competitive postal strategies, overseeing data management, fulfillment and postage payment operations, interpreting postage regulations and pricing, creating cost-effective hybrid mail distribution solutions, and coordinating with domestic and international re-mail partners. He also provides customized mailing advice, training, and support to our internal and external stakeholders on how to optimize the use of USPS and third-party mail vendors.

Mary has worked within the full spectrum of visual communications, multi-channel solutions and client leadership for over 30 years. That experience has sharpened Mary’s ability to listen closely to understand what customers and businesses need to succeed today, looking for commonalities and opportunities for innovation. She is comfortable in the ever-changing business landscape, adapting and retooling solutions to respond to economic, technology and client-driven changes.
